Shipping policy

Free express shipping: every order within Australia ships free by express shipping with Australia Post. Our minimum order is $25. We deliver to street addresses, PO Boxes and parcel lockers.

Production time: most orders are printed in 7 to 10 business days, then shipped. Resin domed stickers take 7 to 14 business days because the resin needs time to cure.

Jump the Queue ($70): your order goes to the front of the queue and is printed in 2 business days (4 to 7 business days for resin domes), then sent by express shipping.

Free pickup: collect from 3/63-65 George Street, Beenleigh QLD 4207, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. We'll let you know when your order is ready.

Multiple items: orders with more than one item usually ship together. If we need to send items separately, we'll check with you first.

Tracking: once your order ships, we'll email you your tracking details.

Lost parcels: if Australia Post loses your parcel, we'll reprint your order.

Incorrect addresses: if a parcel is returned to us because the address supplied was incorrect, there's a $15 charge to send it again.

Overseas: we ship within Australia. For overseas delivery, please contact us before ordering.

Production times are a guide and can be a little longer in very busy periods. If you have a deadline, contact us before ordering. We'll announce any holiday closure dates on our website.
