Returns, Reprints & Refunds

Because every order is custom made, we can't offer refunds or returns if you change your mind or order the wrong thing. Please check your size, material, quantity and artwork carefully before you order.

Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as you can. If printing hasn't started, we'll cancel your order free of charge and give you a full refund. Once printing has started, we can't cancel it.

We'll reprint your order free or give you a refund if:

• it has a printing fault
• it isn't what you ordered, for example the wrong size, material or quantity
• it arrives damaged in transit

If Australia Post loses your parcel, we'll reprint your order.

Please contact us as soon as you notice a problem.

1. Email sales@stickerstudio.com.au with your order number.
2. Include a photo or two showing the problem.
3. We'll get back to you and sort it out. We can usually fix things from the photos. If we do ask you to send the stickers back, we'll cover the return postage.

• Errors in artwork you supply or design. We print what you send us, so please check spelling, details and layout before ordering. We check every file for print problems and will contact you if anything needs fixing. Want to see a proof first? Just ask when you order.
• Small colour differences. Screens and printed stickers never look exactly the same, and colours can vary slightly between print runs. If colour is critical, tell us when you order.
• Small cutting variations of up to 1 mm.
• Wear, damage or problems after the stickers have been applied, or using a material that isn't suited to the job (for example paper labels outdoors). Not sure which material to choose? Ask us before you order.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights. You can read more about consumer guarantees on the ACCC website.
