<h2>Your Sticker Studio Account</h2>

<ul style="margin-left:20px">
	<li>To take advantage of some features on our site, you may need to create an account. For example, this will allow you to retrieve information about past orders and saved items.</li>
	<li>The information we save is not shared with others and is only used to help you more easily and quickly complete your orders on our site.</li>
	<li>You agree that&nbsp;while we attempt to keep your account information available for a reasonably long period of time, we reserve the right to remove your saved information at any time. Also we cannot guarantee the safe storage of your data on our server.</li>
	<li>By creating an account, you agree to receive promotional emails from Sticker Studio.</li>
</ul>

<h2>Terms for Artwork and Uploading Images and Text<br></h2>

<ul>
	<li>You agree that for any images you upload it will be your responsibility to ensure they are of a suitable resolution for a quality print on your design.</li>
	<li>You must own the copyright, or have permission from the copyright holder for any images you upload to this website.</li>
	<li>It is your responsibility to know if your image is copyright free. You are entirely responsible for any lawsuits brought against you if you choose to use images that you do not have the legal right to use. You agree to hold Sticker Studio harmless from any claim brought against you from the use of copyrighted images. If in doubt, follow this guideline: If you did not take the photo or create the art, you need permission from the person who created it. If the image you want to use is copyrighted, it is a crime for you to use the photo or image without the written permission of the owner.</li>
	<li>You warrant that you have permission to use the image of all persons appearing in your photos.</li>
	<li>You must not upload any images containing material that is illegal, defamatory, x-rated, or that promotes racism, hatred, discrimination or violence.</li>
	<li>You agree to allow us to use your uploaded images for the promotion of our products on our website, and in ads that promote our website. If you do not wish us to use your images, please let us know and we will immediately remove them from our library.</li>
	<li>We reserve the right to remove images from our server for any reason at any time.</li>
	<li>We reserve the right to refuse to publish any image that our staff feels is offensive.</li>
	<li>You agree that the accuracy of any text entered on my design is limited to text that is keyed in only. If you choose to copy and paste text into StickerStudio's design tool, there may be characters or elements that may not print correctly, even though it displays correctly on the design template, I agree that StickerStudio will not be liable for any such errors. This is due to the fact that not all characters are supported by all fonts (non roman characters are a good example).</li>
	<li>You agree to only upload PNG, JPG or SVG files into the design tool itself, any other files are not guaranteed to reproduce accurately and StickerStudio will not be liable for any such errors.</li><li>You agree that any artwork you create using our design tool remains the property of Sticker Studio.<br></li>
</ul>

<h2>Delivery</h2>

<ul>
	<li>You agree that the place for delivery of the Goods will be as shown on the Order and the normal method of delivery (unless specifically agreed otherwise) shall be regular postage.</li>
	<li>Sticker Studio will endeavour to process the Order and manufacture the Goods within the time period stated for each item. However manufacturing time varies by item of Goods and it is the policy of the Sticker Studio to combine items of the same type into separate shipping packages. Each package of like items will be sent separately by regular post, unless otherwise stated in the Order Confirmation as soon as it is completed. Any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are indicative only. Time for delivery will not be of the essence of the Contract and Sticker Studio will not be liable for any loss or expenses sustained by the Buyer arising from any delay in the delivery of the Goods howsoever caused.</li>
	<li>Any jobs returned to us because of an incorrectly supplied address will incur additional costs to resend, minimum cost will be $5, additional costs apply for larger jobs.</li>
</ul>

<h2>Colour Accuracy</h2>

<ul>
	<li>You agree that due to the variations inherit in colour monitors and the printing process, Sticker Studio cannot guarantee exact matches between printed stickers and files viewed in our design tool, and I agree that StickerStudio will not be liable for any such errors. The match will be close in most colours, but very bright or strong colours (reds, blues &amp; greens) may come out duller or darker than on screen. We take every care to ensure a close match between the display of the screen and the final print, but, colour montiors use RGB colour and printers use CMYK inks so an exact match is not possible. If colour matching is critical please contact Sticker Studio prior to placing the order.</li>
	<li>You agree that, while StickerStudio takes every care to ensure colour matching on repeat orders, due to the many variables in the printing process, we cannot guarantee exact colour matches on re-order prints.</li>
</ul>

<h2 style="font-family: &quot;Open Sans&quot;, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Cutting Accuracy</h2><ul><li>You agree that, due to to inherent tolerance of automated cutting equipment, StickerStudio cannot guarantee a cutting accuracy of any more than plus or minus 1mm. This affects the outside size and the position of artwork content relative to the cut edge. If you need more accuracy than this, please contact us BEFORE placing your order.</li></ul><h2><span style="color: inherit; font-family: inherit;">Termination</span><br></h2>

<ul>
	<li>You agree that Sticker Studio, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Site, and remove and discard any Content you may have contributed to the Site, at any time for any reason or no reason. Sticker Studio may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Site, or any part thereof, with or without notice.</li>
	<li>Further, you agree that Sticker Studio shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Site. Should you object to any terms and conditions of the Agreement or become dissatisfied with the Site in any way, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue your use of the Site and/or terminate your account.</li>
</ul>

<h2>Limit of Liability</h2>

	<li>You agree that Sticker Studios liability is strictly limited to materials produced by this company.</li>
</ul>

<h2>Cancellation of Orders</h2>

<ul>
	<li>We can cancel orders only if the print process has not commenced, and a $10 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.</li>
