Q/. How does the quality of your labels compare?
A/. Our customers (who include professional designers) have told us that the quality of our labels is equivalent to, or exceeds, any that they have purchased previously.
This is because:

• We use the latest digital technology and print at maximum resolution.
• We only print on top quality substrates and use inks with a wide colour range and an outdoor rating of 3 years.
• We have over 35 years high-end print industry experience and we care about the product we produce.

Q/. Will my labels be printed in Australia?
A/. YES! All our labels are proudly printed in Australia, Brisbane to be precise. Unlike overseas label and sticker printers misleadingly advertising in Australia with .com.au websites, we are 100% Australian owned, run and located. Its easy to spot the foreign companies, they nearly always have incorrect grammar and broken English in their descriptions, and they may advertise "24-48 hour' printing but conveniently omit the shipping times. Make sure you are dealing with an Australian company, don't assume it!

Q/. How many colours can I have in my label?
A/. As many as you want! Our online designer will show you onscreen your final colour version so it is a case of what you see is what you get

Q/. Can I really have any shape or size?
A/. YES, many different sizes are available in the item ordering window, and special cut shapes are no problem. We can also do additional sizes for special orders upto 1.5 meters by 3 meters!

Q/. What is the turn around time to get labels printed?
A/. You can select from three delivery options in the shopping cart, standard if your not in a hurry and you want to save money, or special rush order to jump the queue and get express delivery.

Q/. Is there a minimum order quantity?
A/. No, we only have a minimum shopping cart price of $15 to check out, so whatever sticker size/quantity is needed to make that amount is all thats needed.

Q/. How long will your stickers last?
A/. We use eco-solvent inks that are rated for outdoor use for up to 3 years. They are waterproof and very resistant to UV fade, a great quality in our sunny climate! Our standard gloss vinyls last up to 2 years outdoors, but you can select the longlife option for a material with up to 5 years outdoor life if needed. Of course if you only use them indoors the life of our stickers is virtually indefinite.
